Good afternoon everybody. Just a quick email for ya'll to read. The past 2 weeks have been the grind. We've seen some super cool things happen!
We've been teaching a Marine named Ethan and he's just so golden; it literally blows my mind how prepared he is. At the end of our last lesson me and Elder Tipa were bearing our testimonies and then he bore his testimony as well! It was powerful and his journey is so cool. He was only supposed to be in Hawaii as a Marine for 3 years but they've extended his stay here by 6 months and the reason for that was so he could receive the restored gospel of Jesus Christ! He's getting baptized and confirmed this Saturday so it's very exciting! I've been very blessed to serve and work with the Marines and the YSA Branch! We're also teaching another Marine who has potential.
I'm always amazed at the power that someone's testimony of Jesus Christ and His Atonement has on me. I love it! The restored gospel of Jesus Christ is the truth! Share your testimony of Jesus Christ with someone this week. You never know the effect it might have on someone. Love you all!
